Security policy
Due to a high volume of fraudulent transactions we can no longer email codes to buyers who do not pay directly through PayPal. All payments made via credit/debit card outside of PayPal will not be accepted and a full refund will be given (in such a case payments can take up to 7 days to be refunded back into the buyer’s bank account).
You will receive a scan of the card by email to your registered PayPal email address.
We have been selling thousands of gaming cards worldwide, The majority of our customers were purchasing our cards through eBay. However the Digital Goods Delivery policy means that eBay no longer allows us and other such companies to take advantage of fast email delivery, for this reason we were no longer able to give our eBay customers the fast service they require.
Due to a recent increase in fraudulent claims, we can not send your Xbox Live Subscription code until we receive an email from the buyer confirming their full name and address, and time of purchase. This procedure has been put into place to protect genuine customers, and unauthorised use of their account.
If we do not receive a reply to confirm these transaction details or incorrect details are provided within 3 hours of payment, we will consider this transaction as being unauthorised. In such a case, the payment will be refunded and the transaction will be cancelled.
